Our facilities are equipped with cameras. Most facilities have on-site managers for your extra peace-of-mind.

Our Northern California facilities do offer individually alarmed units.

You are welcome to bring your own lock. Although, we highly encourage disc locks. If you don’t have one, we have them available for purchase. At Turlock Self Storage, we accommodate cylinder locks for extra peace-of-mind.

We do not sell insurance nor we force you to buy one. Although, if you have concerns, we will refer you to a third-party. We like for our customers to have choices.

Each customer gets a personalized gate code to enter and exit their respective facilities. For facilities that have individually-alarmed units, your gate code unarms/arms your specific unit.

Our Southern California facilities have a moving truck and driver who will drive to your location and drive your belongings to the facility.

Cypress and West Sacramento Self Storage have a dedicated truck for move-ins. In both circumstances, conditions and restrictions apply.

Some of our facilities (such as Arroyo Parkway and Lakewood Self Storage) have the capacity of accommodating a large moving truck. We encourage you to contact your local facilities for more details.

We are the Home of the 1st Year Price Guarantee! That means we won’t raise your rates during the first year of your stay with us. While we do increase our prices from time-to-time, these changes are done by humans and are NOT automated. We strive to offer the best possible value to our customers.

West Sacramento Self Storage offers warehouse-style storage units. These units are typically 15-20 feet tall and go up to 800 sq. ft.

No, trash-bins are not for customer use.

It’s important that you leave the property by the end of access hours since our gates automatically lock after access hours. If something goes wrong, kindly get in touch with the facility manager.

We require a 14-day written vacate notice to move-out. Full details on vacating your storage unit will be provided to you at the time of move-in.
